Maternity Model Collab

I have been wanting to do some fun creative work for a while now, I love getting to work with all my amazing clients but sometimes it's nice to do something for myself. Back in August I got in some new amazing dresses from Baltic Born for the studio closet and thought it was the perfect time to do something for me. I had the privilege to work with an amazing makeup artist, Liz Gonzalez and a super talented florist, Colleen Williams. These ladies exceeded my expectations and BLEW ME AWAY with their talent!

I met Liz about 6 months ago when she did some amazing makeup for a maternity client of mine. She was so awesome to work with and I told her then that I definitely wanted to collaborate in the future! Liz is the owner and artist behind Bubbly Artistry by Liz G she is located in East Houston and has a studio located in her home. Checkout her website to find out even more about her makeup journey and also all her services. If she travels to you she brings everything she needs! A makeup chair, her ring light (so she knows she will have the perfect light for applying your makeup), and of course all of her amazing makeup, you don't have to worry about a thing. She also brings some amazing visual cards for you to make it easier to pick out the look and style that you want. Everything is so detailed that it made it super easy to choose what eye shadow colors and also lip color I wanted to use for my maternity models. We had chatted before model call day and I sent her over pictures of my models and also the amazing dresses they would be wearing just to give her a heads up so she could start planning. She knocked it out of the ball park and both models looked absolutely stunning.

The next big part of my model call was floral arrangements. I had a vision to use florals of some type so I set out to find an awesome florist to collaborate with. Bubbles and Blooms Katy was referred to me by a client, and their work is BEAUTIFUL! I sent over pictures of the dresses to Colleen Williams and basically gave her absolute creative control. She did a fantastic job and really came up with some amazing pieces to go along with the feel that I wanted for my shoot. Go check out the Bubbles & Blooms website and see for yourself. Along with 3 amazing bouquets, she also included a gorgeous floral crown, and a pretty floral arrangement on a hoop. She also provided some gorgeous white Lillies and greenery.

I highly recommend both of these uber talented ladies and their amazing small businesses! And I look forward to working with them in the future. Be on the lookout for my next creative shoot that I have in the works!
